Best known for his talk show Ahangi Night (2021–present), Hamed Ahangi has earned multiple Hafez Award nominations, including one in 2023 for TNT.

Early Life and Career

Hamed Ahangi began his journey into the world of entertainment at the age of 14, joining theater groups in Bandar Anzali in 1993. His early talent was recognized when he won the Academy Award for acting in the province's student theater for his performance in a drama directed by Mohammad Ali Entezari.

In 2001, Ahangi, alongside Reza Nazari, started working on the Night War program. As a writer and director, he showcased his versatility in various plays such as Adventurous Journey, Concours, Satellite, Classroom, Random Groom, and Fake Secretary. His professional music career took off in 2002 with Baran Network, where he produced and participated in numerous television programs over the years.

Rise to Fame

In 2010, Hamed Ahangi was invited by Hamid Khandan to join the Kish Nights program, which he performed monthly on Kish Island. His fame skyrocketed in 2016 when he introduced stand-up comedy to the family program Khandevaneh. This exposure solidified his reputation as a leading comedian in Iran.
