Actor : اکتور : is an Iranian drama series directed by Nima Javidi and produced by Majid Motlagh. The series stars Navid Mohammadzadeh, Ahmad Mehranfar, Hasti Mahdavi-Far, Hanieh Tavassoli, Golareh Abbasi, Hooman Barghnavard, and Merhrouveh Sharifi-Nia. It premiered on Filimo and Namava streaming platforms on January 26, 2023, and concluded on June 7, 2023. "Actor" won the Grand Prize at the SerienCamp Festival, competing with international series. It also received the Best Screenplay award at the Seoul International Drama Awards in South Korea. The French-German TV network Arte purchased and dubbed the series for broadcast, making it the first Iranian series to be widely distributed across Europe with French and German dubbing by Arte.
